All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and vet visits.
Temperament testing. This entails a test day for all daycare clients and a test overnight for all boarding clients. Walking and running clients require a test group walk/run. While we do provide individual walks/runs (on a very limited basis), we encourage our clients to participate in groups, as it builds socialization and confidence. And they still get lots of exercise! All temperament testing is charged at the regular fee.
Meet and greets (free of charge) are required for all clients. Walks/runs/drop ins M&G will be at client’s home, while daycare and boarding M&G will be at Happy Place Paws.
All dogs must be potty trained. Any damage due to marking etc. will be the responsibility of the owner.

Because we limit the number of pups to six, we require all payment to be made before care is administered, in order to reserve a spot. Payment can be made via: cash, check, or Zelle.
Boarding is billed in 24 hour increments.
Full payment must be made at time of booking

Because we have a limited number of dogs in our family to maintain the utmost quality of care, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Walks, runs, drop ins, and daycare require cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds, but credits will be issued for future use. Any time less than 24 hours incurs the full charge of services.
Emergency cancellations are taken on a case by case basis.
Boarding cancellation requires 14 days notice for 100% refund or credit. 13-7 days notices incurs a 50% charge. Less than 7 days incurs a 100% charge.
